Our education officer is always looking for ways to get our message about how animals should be cared for by their human companions, how to be safe around strange dogs, and what neglect investigations are. Officer McGuigan and his canine assistant Sierra go to different schools, boy and girl scout meetings, senior citizen sites, day care centers and different events when requested in the Ontario County and surrounding areas.
