Carmey and Sam move in!
On Januray 16th, 2007 we got in a pair of sisters. Beautiful siamese cats. One was a seal point, and the other was a flame point. Meicca, the flame point was a very unique looking lady. She was extremely affectionate and loving. One of the gentlemen (Ken) that takes care of our building had come in for some maintence work and fell in love with Meicca at first site. He had a cat at home (Little Guy, who was adopted from here years earlier) and wasn't sure Meicca would fit in. He decided to think about it. He went home and "talked" to his resident cat, and decided that the addition would be a good one. On January 26th he took Meicca home. He renamed her Carmey.
On June 28th, 2008 Ken was back in the shelter doing some work. He walked in the cat room and there saw 4 kittens - Paul, George, Ringo, and John. He started thinking, how much Carmey needed a playmate (Little Guy - his older cat, really thought Carmey was annoying). He came back the next day and got Ringo (renamed Sam I Am). Now he has a full house, and all 3 cats get along fine. He feels very blessed to have his happy family.
